The intelligence agencies have warned that if the announcement of the higher allowances and HRA is delayed further there could be a nationwide unrest. The Union Cabinet could take up proposals on 7th pay commission allowances (including HRA) next week, Shiv Gopal Mishra, the convenor of National Joint Council of Action (NJCA), told.
