    December 25 (Friday) is Chrismas but December 26 (Saturday) has been shown as Monday in the Main Holiday List as Murraham. Please clearify.

    UPA GOVT.’s secular approach :-
    gzetted holidays for
    (1) Hindu festivals- 6
    (2) muslim festivals - 5
    (3)Christian festivals - 2
    (4) buddhist festivals- 1
    (5) Sikh festivals - 2
    (6) National festivals - 2
    Total - 18.
    Sure of getting muslim votes!!

    October 2, 2009 - Mahatma Gandhi’s Birthday is on Friday, but in your list it was shown as Saturday. Please modify it to avoid confusion among your visitors

    If you are observing holiday on Moharram , why not observing the holiday during shardh paksh.

    The list of holidays given only for Delhi / New Delhi Offices. leave for other region also to be indicated. then only it is useful.

    in R.H. list easter shown on 13th apr. is itsimilar to boxing day (a day after the main festival) or is it a mistake. please correct else we may use 13th monday as r.h. for easter.

    The Election year 2009 begins with Muharram and ends with Muharram. Isn’t it indicative of the thought-process of the Government? Besides, all but the National holidays of Independence Day , Republic day and 2nd October, are holidays on account of religious considerations- in a country which is constitutionally Secular in character. What else does one call a communal outlook.
