I retired as Accountant on 31.7.2008. My last basic pay in the un-revised scale was Rs.6500/- in the scale
of Rs. 4500-125-7000. My pay has been fixed in PB 1 with grade of Rs.2800/- as per the recommendations of the
6th Pay Commission. I have to loose following benefits due to its implementations:

ENTITLEMENTS WITH: Un-Revised Scale Revised Scale Like wise all other benefits whioch
    was entitled of taxi etc.
    TTA(On retirement) 60 Qtls House Holds / 30 Qtls. House Holds./
    Transporation of Scooter/Moped
    car

The stage of 6500/- in the scale of Rs.4500-7000 comes after the regular service of 16 years and this stage is initial stage of the scale of 6500-200-10500. The Govt has allowed the pay Band 2 with grade pay of Rs.4200 even to those who drawn less basic pay from 6500 but was in the scale of Rs.5000-8000 or 5500-9000 irrespective of their service years. As so far the formulas are concerned the grade pay was fixed 40% of the last stage of the respective scale like 2400,2800 etc. for 4000-6000 and 4500-7000 pay scale but this is not apply to the scale of Rs. 5000-8000 or 5500-9000. In accordance with the above formula their grade pay should have been 3200 and 3600 respectively. This is unjustice with the lower rank officials of the Government. There are so many things which should have been considered by the Govt at the time of the implementations as the lower rank officials has no voice in any committee and more sufferers group.
