Subject : Payment of second instalment of arrears on account of implementation of Sixth Central Pay Commission’s recommendations – Clarification regarding
Please refer sub-para (v) of para 3 of Board’s letter No. PC-VI/2008/I/RSRP/1 dated 11-09-2008 (RBE No. 108/2008) wherein it was clarified that orders in regard to the payment of the second instalment of arrears will be issued separately. In this regard, it is further clarified that the second instalment of arrears should only be paid after specific’s orders in this regard are issued by Ministry of Railways / Railway Board.

Dear friends,
You folks are talking about the second instalments of arrears. But remember, The last Government the 13th Lok sabha though the leaders have announced that there won’t be any 6th Pay commission. On taking power the 14th loksabha led by the Prime Minister, have also announced that the government has no intention of going for 6th pay commision. Still somebody inthe government have made the government to appoint the 6th Pqay commissin, and got the pay commission for we central govbernment employees. It is because of thesereasons today we are in the position to talk about the second instalment of the arrears of 6th pay commission. Find that group of people i your 14th loksabha and before exercising your frnnchise please try to identify your friends and foes. and exercise your option. after all we are empooyees and fall under th bracket working class. All the best.

What is the need of a special order for disbursing second installment of arrears? The arreas is given but all the govt. servants have lost the interest earned on it. But still thanks to Govt. that it is given.

why to wait for another order for payment of arrears? already everybody got ist instt of arrears. necessary provisions has tobe made in union budget. since pay commission’s recommendations accepted in this regard, arrears tobe released.

Your website is very informative and enriching for the employees wo are working in the system. As you know the orders issued by GOI will be rarely known to some employees, but after intoroduing your website, i wish most of the employees as well as the pensioers are most benefitted.

The payment of second installment on implementation of 6th CPC should be paid by 2009-2010 but it is nothing but a harassment towards the old Rly pensioner/family pensioners,because of funds have already been provided in general budget.

When the IInd. inslament of arreear will be paid to the pensioners? Already AIS officer serving in States have received the arrears.When separate orde will be issued for this purpose.

Sir.Why to harass the old aged railway pensioners/family pensioners regarding the IInd Instalment. Kindly any one in this group shall inform whether the second instalment shall be paid or not. Any such circular is available in respect to the payment. Please reply.

sir, only officers have got 40% exact payment of their arrear.Other than that all employees have got provisional payment of 40% arrear, which is less then the actual amount of their dues.Due to this and further delay of payment group C and D staff’s are sufferring alot.
